The brainchild of Wine Trade Luminary Stephen Spurrier, this 20 acre vineyard in the Bride Valley, just east of Bridport, Dorset, produces excellent sparkling wines from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, and in 2018 made a superb still Chardonnay, rivalling many Burgundian wines at twice the price.
