Cielo e Terra are a family owned producer affiliated with the large Colli Berici Co-Operative. Making a range of wines from their base in the Veronese hills, Cielo have created in Baccolo a pair of perfectly crafted easy drinking wines, given that all important lift by the addition of a small percentage of appassimento (partially air dried) grapes, a speciality of the region.
