This 24 Hectare estate sits on iron rich subsoils with a sandy clay topping giving great drainage and allowing the predominately Merlot to reach its full expression. With Cabernet Franc and a touch of Petit Verdot adding structure and colour, in fine vintages such as this, the wine reaches levels of complexity and power associated with Estates of much greater prominence.
